Work the Book: Excuses Begone! by Dr. Wayne Dyer - AM Workshop
Work the Book format takes each participant through compelling discussions of a specific book a few chapters at a time. While "a book club" has a specific book chosen to read and discuss, Work the Book takes an expanded approach to teach participants on how to adapt the specific lessons and principles within the respective book into our lives.
How To Change Lifelong, Self-Defeating Thinking Habits
8 Week Workshop for AM session are these dates: March 30, April 6, 13, 20, 27, May 5, 18 and 25th (Please note there WILL NOT BE a session, May 11)
Workshop starts promptly at 9:30am and concludes at 11:30am. Theresa, our facilitator, highly encourages participants to gather amongst themselves after the workshop to continue discussions on the chapters covered.
