REFUND / RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY:
No returns on all items purchased on this website, including workshops and seminars.

Cancellation policy: In order to receive a refund for cancelling a workshop/seminar you must:
  1. Send request in form of an email (no less than 60 days prior to commencement of the workshop and/or seminar date.  If cancellation is received less than 60 days of the workshop and/or seminar, no refund will be issued.
  2. Provide the information requested in the pop-up you receive when clicking email; not providing all the information request will delay us processing your refund.
  3. Note: there is a $50 cancellation fee applied to all cancellation requests and if you meet the requirements to have a refund issued, that amount will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
  4. Your registration is transferrable. Meaning if you are not able to attend, you can send someone in your place without having to cancel. Simply send us an email. Click here to start.

We will not REFUND any workshop and/or seminar unless that which falls under our Cancellation Policy listed above.
